When Sachin helped M S Dhoni to become the name he is today

As we all know Mahendra Singh Dhoni is known as the most successful skipper of all time in Indian men cricket team but do you know that before 2007 there was no sign of him as the skipper.
After having a poor performance in ICC 2007 World Cup their was a sight of loosing confidence in our cricket team . That year the performance was so shocking that the players and their families were given security at their homes and at airport while arrival . 
So after a patch of time our players were all geared up for the first T-20 ICC World Cup and board was to decide the team selection and the captain.As their were all young players and seniors were given rest so their was a need of a young captain.The great Sachin suggested the name of MS Dhoni to be the captain of the team to the board. Sachin recommended MS Dhoni's name because he has seen his cool and calm nature which is easy to handle the situations. Also Sachin told about his friendly equation with the team which is beneficial for the team . 
So these were the reasons provided by Sachin for MS Dhoni to be the captain of the team and after that we all no rest is history.
Our captain cool never disappointed master blaster his idol and became the most successful skipper of all times which has always cheered us as their fans.
